About the Instructor

I’m Jennifer Jean - it’s nice to meet you!

I am an experienced 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and Graduate of the Yoga Life Institute in Exeter, NH. My sessions are 45-60 minutes and incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, strength, and balance. I have a B.A. from the University of NH, hold certification in CPR and First Aid, and am a trained Fitness Specialist. I also offer seated weight strength classes and seated fitness classes.

My studies include Guided Meditation and I teach weekly meditation practices, to relax and focus the mind, and to release stress and tension. I would love to help you improve your well-being, flexibility and peace of mind!
